Optimize the device of the hospital, placing corridors, cabinets and waiting areas so as to increase the influx of patients (and funds). Expand, build new buildings to accept as many patients as possible.
Place functional and decorative furnishings that disperse boredom and raise the mood of patients - as well as the prestige of the hospital, which is necessary to receive awards

- Fix finance not working after loading last save after going bankrupt
- Fix ghosts broken after loading save
