News Weapon Damage Adjusted in New Hotfix

[Fortnite]

Following feedback from both casual and competitive players, Fortnite has deployed a hotfix to adjust the Combat SMG, Stinger SMG, MK-Seven Assault Rifle and Combat Assault Rifle.

We’ve made some meaningful changes to the following items
Combat and Stinger SMG damage to players and structures reduced
Combat SMG headshot damage reduced to match the Stinger
MK7 and Combat AR damage to players and structures reduced ahead of Donation Board voting

Weapon Adjustments​

All damage changes are listed below.

MK-Seven Assault Rifle​

• Damage decreased by 2
• Structure damage decreased by 1

Combat Assault Rifle​

• Damage decreased by 2
• Structure damage decreased by 1

Stinger SMG​

• Damage decreased by 1
• Structure damage decreased by 5

Combat SMG​

• Damage decreased by 2
• Structure damage decreased by 2
• Headshot multiplier decreased from 2 to 1.75
