Samsung with the and the last week. It brings a new feature called Motion Clipper, which converts things from Motion Photos into GIFs. This feature will be released to older compatible Galaxy phones and tablets in the next few weeks.
With One UI 6.1.1, Samsung introduced the Motion Clipper feature. This feature helps you clip objects from Motion Photos and convert them into motion stickers. When you open any Motion Photo on a device running One UI 6.1.1 and then long press on any desired object or person, the device will clip it and offer you the option to save it as a GIF.
You can also save that clipped object or person as a motion sticker. That sticker can be used in any messaging app supporting Samsung's . Those stickers can also be added to photos or videos while editing in the stock Photo Editor or Samsung Studio.
