Where can I get proper Infiniti catalytic converter service in Musaffah?

I've got a problem with my car that I've been ignoring for a while and I'm now worried I've left it too long. My 2018 Infiniti Q50 has been throwing a check engine light on and off for a couple of months, and when I had it scanned at a local garage they told me it was pointing towards the catalytic converter efficiency being below threshold. I cleared the code at the time because the car seemed to drive fine, but it keeps coming back and now I've noticed the fuel economy has dropped noticeably and there's a faint rotten egg smell sometimes when I stop after a long drive. A mate told me that could mean the converter is on its way out, but he also said it might just be a faulty oxygen sensor giving a false reading rather than the converter itself, and that some garages will replace the whole converter when a much cheaper sensor would have fixed it. That's exactly what I'm worried about, being told I need an expensive part when the actual problem is something small. What I'm looking for is

, somewhere that actually diagnoses properly and can tell the difference between a failing converter and a sensor issue, rather than just reading the code and quoting me for the most expensive fix. I'd also like to know whether these converters can be cleaned or repaired rather than replaced, because I've read mixed things about whether that works or just delays the inevitable. Has anyone here actually had catalytic converter work done on an Infiniti and been happy with the outcome? I'd really appreciate hearing what it cost, how they diagnosed it, and whether the problem was actually solved. Any genuine recommendations would mean a lot because I need to get this sorted before the next registration inspection, and I don't want to spend a fortune on the wrong repair.
