The regular Xiaomi Mi 9 is already one of the most powerful Android flagships, and the upcoming Mi 9 Explorer Edition looks to cater to those in need of a bit more RAM as well as a flashy transparent back. Some Chinese users were unhappy with the fact that an 8GB RAM + 256GB option wasn't available and it looks like their complaints are heard.
