Samsung bundles three pairs of ear tips with the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro: Large, Medium, and Small. While most people will likely never change their ear tips, they may try different-sized ear tips when they first start using the earbuds. So, if you have already received your Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, make sure to be gentle while removing the ear tips.

Samsung has yet to issue a clarification on this problem, but the company's webpage for the South Korean market warns users about the possibility of ear tips getting damaged. It says “Do not press hard or twist the eartips. Doing so may damage the ear tips.

Only time will tell whether Samsung's new earbuds have a design flaw or the company has used cheap materials. While replacement ear tips should be easily available in case you damage the stock ones while removing them, it is better to take extra care and proceed with caution. Third-party brands (like Comply) might soon release Galaxy Buds 3 Pro replacement ear tips.
