AT&T has announced that the on its network can now make and receive calls, send and receive texts and more all over Wi-Fi instead of requiring a cellular connection. Getting set up is simple: you'll receive a notification that the feature is available and then be prompted to download a small software update. Once that is installed, you can get started.
