Board 2 Death has you skating downhill, trying to hit the targets to do tricks and grind on rails, et cetera. Miss the target, hit an obstacle, or veer off the sides of the course? You die and it's game over! It's called Board 2 Death for a reason beyond a pun on the "bored to death" idiom. You wll literally skateboard until you die! Oh no! What it does well is that the horizontal movement has a very sharp angle to it, so it feels like it has a force of momentum and weight to it. Also, it means that you can make slick dodges, but have to be careful with your timing of hitting targets. Plus, going back and forth feels really good, and is an essential part of the game. This is a high score chaser, and won't cause the world to stop turning, but it lets you be a skateboarding dog that does kickflips over other dogs. There ain't nothing wrong with that.
