Rockstar just dropped a hotfix that prevents a player in the pause menu being able to sit as a passenger on the faggio so here's the workaround.
Workaround founder = Me
Steps:
(Receiver) Call out MOC and drive out faggio, then have giver get on the back. Drive up to garage and hover over the Parking Garage option.
(Giver) Tell the receiver to press parking garage and half a second later, you open the pause menu. If done correctly it should kick you off the bike and trigger the entering...
