Back in December of 2014, a quirky and entertaining adventure game called Bertram Fiddle: Episode 1: A Dreadly Business [] was released by tiny UK studio Rumpus Animation. The game featured relatively straightforward puzzles compared to most adventure games, and really allowed the players to focus on the colorful cast of characters and humorous story. It was a , but like most episodic games, it was over rather quickly and fans were eager to see how the rest of the story would play out. Well, it's taken a bit of time, but the next episode of Bertram Fiddle is finally on its way, and Rumpus have released a brand new trailer for it.
Episode 2 of Bertram Fiddle, which is titled A Bleaker Predicklement, sees Bertram taking a job at Dulsworth’s Soap Factory only to find himself once again involved in a mystery as well as being framed for a murder he did not commit. Episode 2 hopes to answer the questions "Will [Bertram] be able to escape prison? Can he dress up as a lady, escape to the countryside, defeat an unspeakable foe, return to London with the aid of a stuffed Dolphin, track down Geoff the Murderer and finally get one over on Sherlock Holmes?" Based on that description it sounds like lots more zaniness is in store for Episode 2 of Bertram Fiddle. Look for A Bleaker Predicklement to hit iOS, Android, and PC this coming November.
