released today, PlayStation has revealed lists for the most downloaded games of 2022. Fall Guys has dethroned Fortnite as the most downloaded free-to-play game in the EU, US and Canada on both the PS4 and PS5 systems.

Fortnite fell to third place in the EU rankings, losing the second spot to Call of Duty: Warzone. Warzone 2.0's rise in the list is due to the launch of its first season, which was released on December 14th. The increase in downloads for Fall Guys is largely thanks to its move to being free-to-play in June, along with a Fortnite crossover where players could complete limited-time challenges for free cosmetics.
