Here are the latest updates on three Sonic titles available for the PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®5: Sonic Superstars, Sonic Frontiers, and Sonic Origins Plus.
Sonic Superstars x LEGO Collaboration Slated for Autumn 2023!
Sonic Superstars is a brand-new high-speed action game that combines the classic feel of the 2D side-scrolling Sonic series with crisp 3D graphics. This title features a new adventure for Sonic and his pals, Tails, Amy, and Knuckles, in the mysterious Northstar Islands, an area teeming with gigantic creatures. Use your newfound Emerald Powers to save them from the nefarious schemes of Dr. Eggman and Fang!
Those who pre-order the game will receive a special LEGO skin for Dr. Eggman!

The Second Massive Free Content Update for Sonic Frontiers is Out Now!
Sonic’s Birthday Bash – the second big free update for Sonic Frontiers – is now live! Here are some of the features from the update!
Switch the islands’ appearance and Sonic’s outfit to a birthday theme.
Enjoy using Score Attacks across the Starfall Islands in this entertaining new feature! Try aiming for a high score!

By fulfilling certain conditions, the new Spin Dash ability can be unlocked for Sonic. Spin Dashes allow you to attack enemies while moving. This will speed up your adventure to new heights, so try to discover how to unlock it!
New types of Koco can now be found across the Starfall Islands. Bringing them to Elder Koco will increase Sonic’s boost gauge.
Your progress, such as the number of guardians or Portal missions cleared, will now be displayed when moving between islands, during the island selection screen, or after clearing an island.
After fulfilling various conditions, you will be rewarded with the “Frontier Elite” costume. Enjoy Sonic Frontiers to the fullest to obtain this rare prize!

Sonic Origins Plus released!
The 2D high-speed action game anthology Sonic Origins gets a power-up in Sonic Origins Plus, which was released on June 23, 2023! In addition to the four original Sonic classics, Sonic Origins Plus features new playable characters, 12 titles from the Game Gear, and other new content included in the Plus Expansion Pack DLC, as well as 2 popular DLCs.

After much anticipation and waiting from the fans, the energetic and cheerful hedgehog Amy is now available as a playable character! Embark on an adventure with a different flair from the others!

In Sonic Origins Plus, Knuckles can be selected as a playable character in Sonic CD! A new route has also been added to Sonic CD, so make sure to try it out!
A dozen Game Gear titles have been newly added, including Sonic Chaos, Tails Adventure, and the original four titles of the series. With Sonic the Hedgehog for the Game Gear, you can enjoy unique stages and soundtracks that are different from those in the SEGA Genesis version. Also, two-player matches are now possible in Sonic Drift, Sonic Drift 2, and Dr. Robotnik’s Mean Bean Machine!
