The latest limited-time mode in Fortnite is now live, and it's called Blitz mode. This Squads-only mode gets rid of that pesky early portion of the game where you have a few minutes to gather items and get to the circle before the storm starts closing in. No, the storm starts closing in ASAP, so you need to get your squad to the circle right away. The storm times are also shorter, with matches lasting a maximum of 15 minutes. Of course, if you're used to landing in Tilted Towers, don't expect too different of an experience, because you already wish to thrive in chaos. It's cowards like me that have to be careful. Blitz mode is only available for a few days, and is only playable with squads, so if you're interested, play it ASAP! - Supply Drop descent time shortened from 60s to 30s.

- Resources found in loot increased from 30 to 100.
