News Fortnite Patch v26.20 Announced for September 26

Epic Games has officially announced server downtime for the second major update of Chapter 4 Season 4, scheduled to begin at 3AM ET on September 26, 2023.

A new day, a new beginning...

v26.20 downtime begins at 3 AM ET, and matchmaking will be disabled shortly beforehand.

The v26.20 update is expected to see the return of Star Wars lightsabers, Mythic abilities and cosmetics to Battle Royale. As always, we'll be sharing the official patch notes once they go live.
