Those who own a Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+ can now install all of the Daydream apps from the Google Play Store. The primary Daydream app works on these handsets as well so users can take full advantage of Google’s new VR platform.

Fortunately, Galaxy Note 8 owners will not have to wait for a couple of months to get Daydream support. A spokesman for the company confirmed to NewMobiel that the Galaxy Note 8 is going to support Daydream at launch.

So when customers start receiving their Galaxy Note 8 units on September 15, they can simply pop it into a Daydream-compatible headset and dive right in.
