If you’re using a Galaxy Note 8 on Sprint, you can try downloading the update over the air from the Settings » Software update menu on your phone by tapping the Download and install option. Updates are released in stages, so not everyone may get it right away. If that’s the case for you, simply try again after a couple of hours, or just skip the queue and upgrade
