So far, Samsung has made the update available for devices on DISH, Sprint, and T-Mobile. Soon, it should expand that to other network carriers, and in the next few days, to other variants of the Galaxy S21 series devices. The new firmware comes with version G991USQSCGXH2. As usual, go to Settings » Software update » Download and install to get the update on your Galaxy S21 FE. If that’s not working for you for some reason, you can download the new firmware from

and install it manually using Odin. However, the second method isn’t as safe. So, back up your data before going ahead with it.
