Samsung has already started taking pre-orders for the Galaxy S8 and in other markets across the globe and it’s now doing the same in its home country of South Korea. Customers in the country can start placing their pre-orders for the new flagship from today. Samsung has also confirmed the pricing details.
The can be pre-ordered for 935,000 won or $826 but mobile carriers are providing discounts which bring the price down a bit. The discounts are said to be of the same value that was applied to the Galaxy S7 last year. All pre-order customers will receive a Bluetooth speaker worth 99,000 won as a gift.
