If you own a Galaxy Watch 4 or Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, you can sign up for the beta program in the Samsung Members app. Once you have signed up, you will be able to download the update from the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone.
However, it may take a few hours for the beta update to become available for everyone. While some users can download the update already, others haven't, and that's probably because it's a phased rollout.
