Easy.
Steps
1: get franklin aggressive. Start by making him load a gun that has an empty clip.
2: he will say something like he is about to shoot someone hit pause as soon as he slams the clip in (I used a pistol)
3: go to gta online and invite only
Now you should spawn in with the special ability yellow bar that franklin had.
Haven’t found anything to be useful yet but maybe someone else can.
