Only the otr part is different all the rest is the same so just follow old videos after otr glitch out
Requirements are as follow
Penthouse(casino)
Ability to enter casino
Access to phone in penthouse
Access to parking garage
1.go to phone press r-dpad then hold d-dpad
2.after that go to any sp character and hover over and let go
3.alert will pop up decline it and hold interaction menu button
4.wait for phone menu to pop up
5.then when it’s up hit u-dpad/d-dpad then walk away and close...
