Here's a list of items placements (.ipl) and their corresponding coordinates. Some interiors are only available in specific game modes unless requested by a mod. (ex. yacht during heist)

Since the CEO PV garage is 3 levels then it's possible to have a new under map garage as well as an Import/Export Garage.
  • 20 vehicle, 3 floor garage
  • Import/Export Warehouse
  • Mod Shop?
