I own a small Cafe with my business in Delhi and I want to run hyper local ads on Instagram. My budget is very tight, perhaps ₹ 5,000 for all the books. Should it be worth trying several different at that price, or will the information be moot? For a similar reason because ads look risky at this size also looking at boostbysocial for organic reach. Looking for real advice and not generic.
