requirement: speedo in original slot or in any night club garage

1. get inside your speedo and press right dpad
2. exit mecanic then go to exit garage
3. as soon you press x to exit garage:
   • hold ps button then
   • press one time ps button,
   • hold ps button then
   • press one time ps button,
   • hold ps button
   • then one time ps button
4. you spawn outside with your speedo and his in god mode now
