Not sure who the original founder of this is, i found this a while ago but i doubt i was the first to do so.
1. Get on top of franklins house and shoot the roof until you find the skylight.
2. Request a contact mission from simeon, gerald, ron etc.
3. Hover over the job accept screen, hold your pause button, then you want to accept the job and let go of options at the same time.
4. If your pause menu comes up, start up a titan of a job and back out and...
