Hello everyone,I’m looking into options for hosting an outdoor event in Georgetown and have been considering a clear top tent. I like the idea of having a sheltered space while still being able to enjoy the surrounding views and natural light.
I’m interested in learning what people usually consider before renting this type of tent. The event date, guest count, available space, weather, and overall setup all seem like important details to think about in advance.
I came across while researching rental options. I’d like to know what questions are useful to ask before booking. For instance, should customers confirm the tent size, installation requirements, flooring options, lighting, and whether tables and chairs are available?
I’m also curious about how clear top tents feel during different times of the day. Does direct sunlight make it necessary to plan additional shade or ventilation? What should event organizers consider if the gathering continues into the evening?
