Following the invasion storyline of Fortnite's current Season, Gamora and Star-Lord will be joining the fight to protect the Island.
An early look at the Cosmetics in the Gamora Set
Fortnite have officially revealed their next collaboration with Marvel as comic character Gamora.
"As the last remaining Zehobereian, Gamora knows full well the devastating effects of planetary invasions. The former Guardian of the Galaxy member joins the fight to preserve and protect the Fortnite Island from the trespassers."
The new Outfit and matching Back Bling will be available for players to purchase in the Item Shop on August 18th at 8PM ET. The Star-Lord Set will also be returning at the same time, which hasn't been seen in the Item Shop for over 800 days.
The Gamora Cup
Taking place on August 11th, The Gamora Cup will give players the opportunity to earn the brand new Outfit and Back Bling for free, along with a new Spray. The Duos Cup will reward the top performing teams from each region with the Outfit and Back Bling, with every player who earns at least 8 points rewarded with the new 'Daughter of Thanos' Spray.
