STEPS:
1) Make sure you spawn inside the Bunker.
2) Drive your way to your Arena.
3) Get in the car you want the mods into, to the WorkShop.
4) Exit the vehicle, hover to your Modded or Non Modded Rc Bandito press on Right D-Pad, back out of it and enter your car you want the mods into.
5) TIMING IS THE KEY. Hold pause, hit on left dpad once and as soon as you hit on Left D-Pad...
