I've been driving my trusty Nissan Patrol for about five years now and honestly, it's been an absolute beast – never let me down, handled the desert like a champ, and just keeps going no matter what I throw at it. But lately, I've noticed that the battery doesn't seem to be holding charge as well as it used to, especially after those weekend camping trips where I'm running the fridge and lights for hours without starting the engine. I've been pretty diligent about maintenance overall, but I'll admit that I've kind of neglected the battery specifically – I've never really done any proper checks or cleaning on the terminals, and I'm starting to think that might be catching up with me.
