Prolific mobile developer Nitrome that they were going to be dipping their toes in the game publishing game. I say dip their toes because technically the first game they were set to publish, Ultimate Briefcase [], was created by outside developer Quite Fresh, but whose founder was also previously an artist for Nitrome. So Nitrome was branching out, but still somewhat keeping it in the family, so to speak. Anyhoo, Ultimate Briefcase somehow dodged our like it was some sort of bomb falling from the sky, but I'm here to let you know that it's officially available right this very moment.
So it probably goes without saying that Ultimate Briefcase has some kick ass art, but I'm also kind of blown away at how engaging the game itself is for what seemed like a pretty simplistic avoidance game. You'll be running back and forth avoiding an onslaught of bombs falling from the sky, kind of like a twisted cousin of an all-time favorite of mine The Incident []. However, as you play you'll earn coins that go towards things like unlocking new characters, environments, and special abilities, so I've found myself compulsively trying and retrying over again chasing after these various carrots on sticks. It's been a lot of fun so far! It's also free with a single IAP to remove ads, so there's no reason not to give Ultimate Briefcase a try or see what others are saying about it .
