Ok, so I was messing around and managed to make some stuff happen but did no more testing.
Steps: start story mode (I started as franklin but doubt this matters)
Enable cheats godmode, fast run, explosive bullets.
Shoot at the cops until godmode runs out.
Keep shooting until they kill you.
As soon as the Hospital loads before you drop down in person and before the cheats are disabled hit pause gta online, invite only
You should spawn in online but online will only last about 2-3 minutes....
