It said that the change in audio quality is due to the Dolby Atmos Library, which was updated from version 3.10 to version 3.12 by Dolby. This change was to improve the feature, but it also affected other audio aspects. The support team said that users accustomed to previous audio tuning could perceive the new audio tuning as inferior.
Samsung's software support team said it has already communicated this issue to Dolby, and the company plans to release an updated Dolby Atmos library to address the concerns. An update will likely be released to fix this issue.
