Free Download Orange Tree Samples Evolution Texas Twang v1.3.5 KONTAKT | 4.9 GB
Evolution Texas Twang by Orange Tree Samples is a sampled electric guitar instrument designed for country music, featuring a custom single-cut Tele-style guitar equipped with dual single-coil pickups. Its bridge pickup delivers the distinctive bright, nasal twang associated with percussive chicken picking, while the neck pickup provides a fuller, smoother tone for more mellow passages. Both pickup signals were recorded separately, allowing users to blend them to create different tonal combinations.
The guitar was performed and recorded by Chris Bullard, a session guitarist and emerging country singer-songwriter with touring experience in Texas and Nashville. His performances cover a range of articulations, including picked notes and finger-plucked techniques used in traditional country chicken picking.
The library was developed in collaboration with William Derganc, who supervised its development, edited the guitar samples, and contributed factory presets. An enhanced signal processed through a distortion pedal modeled after the warm, overdriven sound of a Trainwreck amplifier is also included.
Software Overview
Evolution Texas Twang uses the Evolution guitar engine, combining detailed electric guitar sampling with performance tools and sound-shaping features. Its strumming pattern editor and automatic chord detection help create playable guitar arrangements, while the integrated effects engine provides access to a range of country-oriented electric guitar tones.
The included factory presets cover both classic and modern country sounds, offering ready-to-use starting points for different production styles. Users can also adjust the blend between the separately recorded pickups and choose between the original and enhanced signal options.
