Using the current Rc Bandito method for invisible off radar there may be a way to become fully Godmode. I forget the founder of this method, it was a french YouTuber.
Steps:
1. Go into custom controller settings on the PS4 dashboard and swap R1 with down on the d-pad.
2. Make sure the bomb is removed from the Rc Bandito
3. Go to the pier where the fair rides are located.
4. Call out the Rc Bandito.
