You'll be able to explore Avalanche Studios' starting sometime next spring. There's a new trailer featuring a lot of shooting, more of the game's open world and some Destiny-ish super powers like a ground slam that knocks enemies off their feet. We're still waiting to hear if John Goodman will reprise his role from the first game.
