Today Commissioner of Police Chester Williams gave preliminary information into the mass shooting in Hopkins Village on Sunday, saying that the incident was the result of an altercation over the affections of a woman.W illiams said that the girlfriend of one of the victims, 23-year-old Noah Moro, was approached by the suspects who tried to court her.
