from Counterpoint Research, Samsung was the second biggest smartphone brand in the USA. Its market share was 23% in the third quarter of this year, which is similar to figures from the same quarter of last year.

during the third quarter, and it looks like they haven't increased the company's sales. Sales could improve in the fourth quarter, mostly led by festive offers.

While Apple is still dominating the US smartphone market, its market share has declined from 55% in Q2 2023 to 53% in Q3 2024. The US-based firm launched the iPhone 16 series in September, but sales haven't been as good as they were last year.

Lenovo, which owns Motorola, has seen its sales improve. The company's market share increased from 9% in Q3 2023 to 14% in Q3 2024. While Google's sales improved 19% compared to last year, it is still not in the top four rankings.
