and you might well find yourself greeted by Microsoft's suite of productivity apps. This shouldn't really come as too much of a surprise to anyone who's been paying attention since the Galaxy S6 days — last year's model featured some of Microsoft's core mobile apps as well. And that'll be the case for the GS7 as well. Probably.

Included in some versions of the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge will be Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and Skype. Those are, of course, Microsoft's apps for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, cloud storage and, well, Skype. They're familiar to anyone who's had to work in an office setting the past decade or so, and it makes sense that Samsung could continue this partnership.

But that doesn't mean there's a 100 percent certainty that your Galaxy S7 will come with Microsoft's apps preinstalled. As we saw with the

, carriers may still have the option to go a different direction. We're also not sure yet if you'll be able to fully uninstall them, or just disable. We'll just have to see what happens when the time comes around.
