The first shows all the major internal components from the front to the rear of the smartwatch and the second shows them from the rear to the front of the wearable. As you can see in the images, the Galaxy Watch Ultra has seven main components: Sensor, Rear Deco, Back Case, printed board assembly (PBA), Display, and Index Deco.
Most things shown in these images are standard affairs. However, there are a few things that stand out. First, Samsung says that the BioActive Sensor in the Galaxy Watch Ultra has 13 LEDs instead of 4 in the . The additional nine LEDs help in tracking health metrics more accurately.
