Each and every device has one or more code names for the board inside and the unit itself. You've probably seen people use words like Flounder for the , or Hammerhead for the . We found three different code words for the Pixel C and its innards:
- Dragon is the board name
- Smaug is the bootloader version
- Ryu is the software build
That's awesome on more than one level to a Tolkien and GoT fan like me.
