If the standard color options of the aren't to your liking, you can now get the phone in a "sophisticated pink" variant. The latest hue will offer the same frosted glass panel as the standard variants, with Sony set to commence sales from February.
Sony's lead art director Rikke Gertsen Constein said that the shade of pink used in the Z5 is "strong and modern:"
We researched many places in which the most beautiful shades of pink can be found, from nature and Japan's own Sakura cherry blossom right through to the colours in the sky during a beautiful sunset. We wanted the colour to appear strong and modern, and here the material is playing an important role. I feel what we have achieved with the light dusky pink is fresh, contemporary and modern in the Z5 materials.
Sony's yet to mention availability or pricing, but it is likely the pink variant will retail for the same price as the standard Z5. We'll share more once the color option goes live next month.
