With the rampant and almost revolutionary spread of fake things across the internet, TweetDeck has announced it's added a feature that lets you verify the source behind an image before you react.
New! Click the icon in the top right corner of an image in detail view to verify the source via Google.

It's easy to use: hover your mouse pointer over the image in the and then click the little magnifying glass icon to jump to a Google Search in another window. Google will fetch results related to that image and verify whether it's an original photo or a copied one.

The feature is not available for your smartphone yet, but it should be since you can view images through the Twitter app, too.
