You can use minigun for example to do the challenges easy way.
You need an Weapon Locker in your Bunker.
Steps:
1. Go to first person. Setup your weapon wheel.
2. Quickly select your weapon and press D-Pad Right.
3. Go to pause, Online, Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack. Back out and you should be able to move.
4. Go to Soda machine and when you see -1$, press X.
5. When your character is throwing the soda can away, start any Tier challenge.
6. Run to the shooting area...
