In short, the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition replaces the main wide 50MP camera with a 200MP sensor and ditches UDC technology for a more usual Infinity-O selfie camera, albeit with the same lower resolution. Plus, the ultrawide camera now has autofocus.

Availability hasn't changed, so, if you like the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, you can't buy it outside of Korea. It's also available in China, , under the W25 name. But it hasn't been released anywhere else.
However, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is still a decent choice, and you might even be able to find it at a discount now that the SE is out and the holiday shopping season is in full swing.
