What Platforms Work Best for PPC in Finance Advertising?

Finance is a tricky niche when it comes to PPC, so choosing the right platform really makes a difference.

From what I’ve tested (and what others in the finance space seem to agree on), Google Ads is obviously a top option—it has reach and targeting power, but the competition is fierce and clicks can get insanely expensive, especially for keywords like “forex trading” or “online investing.” You really need a solid budget and high-converting funnels to make it work.

Bing Ads (Microsoft Ads) is a bit more affordable and still brings decent results, especially for an older, more financially savvy audience.

Lately, I’ve been trying out 7Search PPC. It’s not as well-known, but that’s kind of the upside—it’s less crowded, and the traffic tends to be more affordable. What’s been nice is that they actually allow finance-related ads (which some platforms can be strict about), and the targeting options are good enough to find people specifically interested in finance, investing, forex, etc.

I’ve used it for a couple of campaigns and saw pretty steady results—nothing viral, but solid ROI considering the lower CPC.

So yeah, if you’re testing things out or don’t want to blow your budget on Google right away, 7Search PPC is worth adding to your list. Just make sure your ad copy is clear and trustworthy—finance users are usually skeptical (understandably)

Hope that helps! Would love to hear what’s worked for others too.
